Fera Medunjanin

I started working in restaurants at a very young age, really just joining the hospitality business when I was 16. From there on, I just kind of grew as a hostess, assistant team, and a sales event manager, then became a regional director. My main area of expertise today is sales and events. In my role, I literally do everything from A to Z with the events - I start from the first initial contact to booking and confirming, follow-ups, reaching out. I do sales calls, I organize my day, I meet guests, I do site visits, I gather new information, reach out to new businesses, and I help others within my team, so we have goals that we set. What really inspired me to get into this field was people. I love dealing with people, I love creating memories, I love interacting, I love seeing the excitement. It's great to help somebody plan such a special day, or even a corporate event, or whatever event it is. It is meaningful to that person who's booking it and to the group of people that are going to be attending. I just did a career switch, so I'm really focused on building my clientele here and really getting to focus on the job.
