About Fiona
Fiona Caporizzo serves as Branch Manager of the Boston Logan Airport location for Enterprise Mobility, where she leads daily operations and oversees a team of 15 to 20 employees. With more than three years of experience at Enterprise Mobility, Fiona has demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational expertise, advancing into management within her first year and continuing to grow through increased responsibilities. In her current role, she manages overnight rental operations, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining high service standards, and coordinating the preparation and organization required for seamless branch performance.
Before joining Enterprise Mobility, Fiona developed her leadership and customer service skills through her management experience with Dunkin’ while completing her college education. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Concordia University, where she was actively involved in leadership and philanthropic initiatives. Her diverse background has strengthened her ability to lead teams, solve problems effectively, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Fiona attributes her professional success to the strong work ethic, determination, and values instilled by her Italian immigrant grandparents, as well as her dedication and genuine passion for what she does. She believes in the importance of building a strong personal brand through networking, creating meaningful connections, and supporting others along the way. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong work ethic, determination, and values instilled in me by my grandparents, who immigrated from Italy and taught me the importance of perseverance, dedication, and commitment. Their example has shaped the way I approach every opportunity and challenge, reminding me to always give my best effort in everything I do. I carry that foundation of hard work with me throughout my career, along with a genuine passion for my work, a commitment to continuous growth, and the drive to achieve meaningful results.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to utilize the resources available to me while building a strong personal brand. Creating meaningful connections, networking, and being someone, others can rely on are essential to long-term professional success. I believe in making myself available to support others, sharing knowledge, and offering guidance whenever possible. Building a strong network and maintaining genuine relationships provides valuable opportunities for growth, collaboration, and support throughout my career journey.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay true to what you love and never allow others to define your career path for you. Pursue opportunities that align with your passions, and give your best effort, dedication, and commitment to everything you do. Challenges and moments of adversity are part of every professional journey, but maintaining your passion, resilience, and belief in yourself will help you overcome obstacles and ultimately achieve meaningful success.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, hard work, and passion. I believe that putting in consistent effort, staying committed to my goals, and approaching everything I do with a strong sense of purpose are essential to achieving success. Passion is especially important to me because I believe that when you genuinely care about what you are doing, it inspires greater commitment, creativity, and excellence.
