That perspective has carried me through challenges and uncertainty, reminding me that persistence, patience, and resilience are essential to long-term success. It has taught me to stay focused on growth, trust the process, and continue moving forward even when progress feels slow or difficult.

The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is to remember that you are enough exactly as you are. Trust your abilities, stay confident in your voice, and don’t allow doubt—whether internal or external—to limit your potential. As women, we are fully capable of achieving anything we set our minds to, and success comes from consistency, resilience, and believing in your own value even when the path feels challenging.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now stem from being a woman in business, particularly navigating persistent gaps in access, visibility, and opportunity. Women entrepreneurs and professionals still face barriers such as unequal access to funding, limited representation in leadership spaces, and the need to continually prove credibility in environments that are often still male-dominated. At the same time, these challenges are balanced by meaningful opportunities—there is a growing global focus on supporting women in leadership, expanding access to entrepreneurship resources, and building more inclusive professional networks. I see this moment as one of both resilience and expansion, where women are not only overcoming long-standing barriers but also actively reshaping what leadership, success, and collaboration look like in business.
