Her Story

About Fiorella

Fiorella Padilla serves as a marketing assistant, where she schedules monthly and weekly content calendars, creates posts using Canva, and executes email campaigns for her employer, loan officers, and broker. With two to three years of experience in marketing, her previous roles include part-time work at the marketing agency Nerd Brands, managing social media for Your Home Roofing, and creating video reels for a lawn care company while traveling within Kentucky. She is a first-generation college graduate who received the Dean's Award twice during her studies and obtained class certifications. Her educational path was shaped by high school shadowing experiences, summer programs, and participation in the Adelante program for Hispanic students, where she benefited from mentorship by Dustin. Padilla draws inspiration from the hardworking women in her family, including her grandmother and mother, and credits her success to rigorous studying and family support. She values honesty in the workplace and enjoys a fun, open office environment that encourages interaction. Currently, she attends meetings of 1SI Southern Indiana through her mother's membership.
