Even as a female immigrant, you need to showcase yourself, keep pushing, and interact with influential women to get more ideas on how to expand your horizons.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourself, do not create barriers for yourself.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

As a woman of color, the path to leadership is rarely a straight line; reaching the top requires navigating a complex landscape of obstacles with resilience.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my professional career and personal life, I place the highest value on respect and authenticity, as they form the essential foundation for building genuine relationships and collaborative environments.
