As the Associate Director of IT Program and Project Management at LTIMindtree, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership acumen to complex global initiatives. Her career has spanned multiple regions—including North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia, and India—where she has successfully led large-scale digital transformation programs, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, and enterprise architecture and infrastructure modernization efforts.
Throughout her career, Supriya has demonstrated exceptional skill in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. She has partnered closely with C-level executives and senior IT leaders to design and deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient systems that drive business growth and operational excellence. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, continuous improvement, and empowering cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. What do you attribute your success to?
As a woman leader in IT, I attribute my success to continuous learning, resilience, and the support of incredible mentors who believed in me. Staying curious, embracing challenges, and leading with empathy have been key to growing not just in my career, but also as a leader who empowers others to rise.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Don’t wait until you’re 100% ready — opportunities rarely come twice.” Taking that first step, even when things felt uncertain, opened doors I never imagined. And whenever I faced challenges, I never hesitated to reach out to my mentors; their insights have been invaluable.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is simple—don’t quit; keep going, even when things get challenging or hard. Seek mentors, build your network, and support other women along the way. Collaboration is a superpower in IT.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is improving diversity and creating more inclusive opportunities for everyone. Building adaptive, resilient workplaces that can lead through change help drive better decisions, innovation, and long-term success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Over the years in IT leadership, I’ve realized that success isn’t just about achieving targets or delivering projects — it’s about how you do it. The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, transparency and continuous learning.
