Her Story
About Fran
I am an Account Coordinator who has been in my role for three years, and I absolutely love what I do. I was recommended an internship when I was in college, and I ended up falling in love with how our agency works. I love agency work because I get to work on many different industries and brands, and I find it all really unique to bring together. The creative opportunities within this field and the client relationships are what really drew me in. My main area of expertise is digital media and creative production, and I never get bored because it's always something new. One of my most notable professional achievements so far has been launching seasonal campaigns for a global retailer.

Ten minutes with Fran
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to one of my college professors, Dr. Emery Serviss, and one of my mentors who I prefer to keep undisclosed. These individuals have been instrumental in helping me grow and develop in my career.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was to do what you love, and you'll never have to work a day in your life. This advice has really resonated with me and guided my career choices, helping me find work that I'm truly passionate about.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never take the first offer, and never settle for less. Know your worth and don't be afraid to advocate for yourself and what you deserve.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest obstacle I face right now is that the younger generation is frowned upon at the moment, but a lot of us do have the drive and work ethic to be just as competitive as someone with more experience than us. On the flip side, the biggest opportunity is the technological bridge. We grew up in a technological world, and we pick up all of these new systems, AI, anything new on the horizon with technology, quite fast. We even do case studies on the blend of AI in the business world.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty and integrity. These principles guide everything I do and how I interact with others.
