In addition to her hands-on roles in event management, planning, and coordination, Frances earned a degree in journalism and media studies. She also obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification, which enhanced her leadership and team management skills. Her passion for the industry, which started as a hobby, has led her to aspire to full concert production in the future.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do it. Absolutely do it. There's gonna be obstacles, and you're gonna get a lot of no's throughout the journey. Make your connections, network, build relationships. Don't burn any bridges along the way. Take that experience and move on to the next. Kill it with kindness.
