Her Interview
Ten minutes with Frances
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success has just been based on the connections that I've made, because it just continues leading you to the next thing. My ability to build relationships has been my strongest asset.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never stop learning, be curious, and seek out people with traits that you admire. Befriend them, become friends with them, learn from them. Oftentimes these conversations start out naturally and will eventually turn into a mentorship relationship where both sides learn from each other.
