Dynamic marketing leader with global experience across North America, the Caribbean, and Europe, currently serving as Marketing Manager Caribbean at FrieslandCampina. I specialize in driving regional growth strategies, brand positioning, and shopper marketing initiatives across diverse and multi-market environments.
In my current role, I lead marketing strategy and execution across 15+ Caribbean markets, managing a portfolio of brands while spearheading product innovation, distributor collaboration, and integrated campaigns that strengthen market presence and accelerate growth.
Previously, at BVRG, I held multiple leadership roles across strategy and communications—driving 3x brand growth for Perrier and S.Pellegrino, leading CRM implementation, launching new consumer engagement platforms, and optimizing operational workflows to significantly improve efficiency and time-to-market. My experience also includes brand management at Brandsimex Americas, where I delivered double-digit sales growth, led major product launches such as Heineken 0.0, and accelerated e-commerce transformation during critical periods.
Earlier in my career, I gained international experience at Henkel, managing regional projects for premium beauty brands and driving data-driven decision-making through improved reporting and digital insights.
