Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the incredible mentors and leaders I’ve had the privilege of working with throughout my career, as well as the unwavering support of my family. My managers have challenged, guided, and inspired me to grow both personally and professionally, while my family has always grounded me and encouraged me to pursue every opportunity with confidence and purpose. Their influence has been instrumental in shaping the person and professional I am today.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that it’s okay to make mistakes — that’s how you learn and grow. Every challenge or setback is an opportunity to gain perspective, strengthen your skills, and become more resilient. Embracing that mindset has allowed me to take risks, stay curious, and continue evolving throughout my career.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the media and marketing industry is to believe wholeheartedly in your ability to succeed — confidence is your strongest asset. Trust that you deserve a seat at the table, even when you’re still finding your voice. And just as importantly, remember to rest. Growth and success come not only from hard work, but also from taking the time to recharge, reflect, and care for yourself along the way.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in the media and marketing industry today is navigating a highly competitive, fast-evolving landscape that has historically been male-dominated. However, this also presents a tremendous opportunity — to continue breaking barriers, amplifying diverse voices, and driving more inclusive leadership. As the industry evolves, there’s growing space for women to lead with authenticity, innovation, and empathy, reshaping what success and influence look like in this dynamic field.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me—both professionally and personally—are understanding, creativity, and balance. I believe in leading with empathy and taking the time to truly understand others’ perspectives, whether I’m collaborating with a team or connecting with clients. Outside of work, I find balance and inspiration through yoga, DJ’ing, and playing guitar and piano. These passions allow me to stay grounded, express myself creatively, and bring a sense of mindfulness and harmony into everything I do.
