Her Story
About Franki
I do a couple of things at Personify Health where I was hired about a year ago as a project manager of special projects. The majority of my job has to do with projects in renewal account management, new group implementations, and information projects like migrating into a new document management system. Before this, I was in account management at Teladoc for about 7 years handling TPA and Cigna EverNorth business, also sales ops, and briefly SVP of health plan sales as chief of staff. My entire team right now with one exception is all women.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Franki
01What do you attribute your success to?
I grew up with two very independently motivated parents. Their drive was success, and they have really great work ethics. Some of it is luck, some of it is somebody taking a chance on you. A lot of it is the motivation to do well and put out a really good end product, and the pride in knowing that you did a really good job because you worked your butt off.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
They shouldn't be afraid to try new things. Be willing to take the risk, be willing to learn new things, and maybe don't take yourself too seriously. Don't make a decision too early. Be agile and willing to pivot, and maybe even deciding you don't like something is not a failure.
