Freta Rogers, She/Her, is an accomplished IT and enterprise services leader, currently serving as Branch Chief of the Enterprise Services Division at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. With extensive experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity, Freta oversees day-to-day branch operations, manages cross-functional teams, and directs critical projects, including Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) initiatives and mission-funded infrastructure programs. Her strategic leadership ensures compliance with federal policies and regulations while driving performance and innovation across complex enterprise systems. Known for her energetic and solution-oriented approach, Freta is a proactive leader who takes initiative, continuously learns, and builds strong professional relationships. She has a demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar assets, coordinate acquisition packages, and implement technology solutions that support organizational goals. Freta’s leadership style emphasizes honesty, integrity, and transparency, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers her teams and strengthens stakeholder partnerships. Outside of her professional career, Freta enjoys creativity and entrepreneurship, making and selling homemade treats such as chocolate-covered apples and strawberries. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a Master of Arts in Computer Resource & Information Systems Management from Webster University. She also holds certifications including CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
