Frida Benavides

Frida Benavides serves as a Senior Project Manager at Aetna, a position she attained after progressing through multiple roles within the healthcare industry since 2005. She began her career in call center environments, including selling caller IDs and supervising teams at Columbia House and in retail packaging, before moving to Arizona and entering healthcare as a member services supervisor. At Aetna since 2010, she has held positions as a network account manager overseeing high-profile providers such as obstetrics and long-term care facilities, claims department manager, and project manager. Her expertise lies in process improvement, supported by Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications. She holds a high school diploma and some college education. Outside of work, she participates in volunteer programs through Aetna, including events with Mercy Care and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
