Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success primarily to hard work, dedication, and a commitment to consistently giving my best in everything I do.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to listen more than they speak - specially to themselves: their voice and their strengths.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I see for young women entering coaching is a widespread lack of awareness about the field, coupled with the difficulty of carving out reflective time amid numerous competing responsibilities. At the same time, these challenges present opportunities to develop innovative approaches for supporting emerging leaders and creating space for meaningful growth.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, authenticity, and love. I strive to approach every interaction with integrity, stay true to myself, and lead with compassion and care for others.
