Her Interview
Ten minutes with Gabriella
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Nothing comes without sacrifice. In my younger years I sacrificed without knowing I was sacrificing because I loved my job. Working hard is extremely important but does not mean sacrificing health. Those years of sacrifice cultivate a brand of someone who gets the work done well and opens doors organically.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to use your voice. Lean in when you don't feel heard. Create networks like Together Women Succeed to help women find confidence to speak up. Push through fear because empowerment is grand even if the answer is no.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Transparency, authenticity, conviction, mutual respect, genuineness, being kind, staying grounded and humble. I value that it's who I am as a human, not just at work.
