Gabriella Villacampa (She/Her) is the Donor Relations Manager at Miami Dade College Foundation, where she leads efforts to cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors, ensuring continued support for the college’s mission of providing accessible, high-quality education. In her role, Gabriella combines strategic fundraising, personalized donor stewardship, and event management to advance philanthropic initiatives that directly impact students and the broader community. Her dedication to building meaningful connections has been a cornerstone of her professional journey in nonprofit development.

Gabriella’s career in fundraising and donor relations spans multiple organizations, including United Way Miami and Kiro Money, where she developed strategies to secure grants, manage high-profile events, and enhance donor engagement. Her experience also includes leadership roles in network management, campus ambassadorships, and administrative support, all of which have strengthened her ability to navigate complex organizational and fundraising operations. Gabriella holds a Master’s degree in Management with International Business and Development from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Justice with a minor in Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans. She is also actively involved in volunteer work with organizations such as Shake-A-Leg Miami and Chapman Partnership, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service, mentorship, and community impact.
