Her career spans over six years of experience across CPG, entertainment, and digital sectors, where she has helped both large-scale consumer brands and people-first personal brands grow through strategy, narrative, and community engagement. Gabriella’s professional experience is diverse, encompassing CPG brand development, TV and film production, and talent management. She has led go-to-market strategies, creative campaigns, and consumer engagement initiatives, while also supporting on-set operations, post-production logistics, and talent partnerships. Gabriella is recognized for her ability to align creative storytelling with measurable outcomes, advising on brand positioning, market entry, digital and influencer marketing, and partnership strategies. Her work has delivered significant results, including driving brand growth and ROI for clients across multiple industries. I attribute my success to a strong work ethic. I believe in staying disciplined, committed, and focused on delivering results, no matter the challenge.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never take no for an answer. I’ve learned that persistence, resilience, and a refusal to be discouraged open doors that might otherwise stay closed.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never take no for an answer. Stay persistent, be creative, and always think outside the box—innovation and determination are the keys to standing out and making an impact.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now revolve around competition and technology. While the fast pace of technological advancement can be challenging to keep up with, it also offers tremendous opportunities to innovate, streamline processes, and differentiate oneself in a crowded market.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, and passion. I strive to be transparent and ethical in every decision I make, while approaching everything I do with genuine enthusiasm and commitment.
