My advice to young women entering this industry is to never take no for an answer. Stay persistent, be creative, and always think outside the box—innovation and determination are the keys to standing out and making an impact.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now revolve around competition and technology. While the fast pace of technological advancement can be challenging to keep up with, it also offers tremendous opportunities to innovate, streamline processes, and differentiate oneself in a crowded market.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, and passion. I strive to be transparent and ethical in every decision I make, while approaching everything I do with genuine enthusiasm and commitment.
