Gabrielle Foster is a healthcare innovator, clinical research strategist, and entrepreneur dedicated to transforming clinical trial execution through AI-driven technologies. As the founder of Foster Rx, she is pioneering a modular, AI/ML-powered platform designed to reimagine drug discovery and accelerate patient access to life-saving therapies. Her work bridges scientific precision with operational efficiency, empowering biotech innovators to navigate the complex landscape of clinical development.

Actively pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration with a focus on Healthcare Business and Technology, Gabrielle also holds dual Master’s degrees in Public Health—one in Global Health and the other in Maternal-Fetal Health—as well as a Bachelor’s in Biology with a minor in Africana Studies. This multidisciplinary academic foundation equips her with a unique ability to integrate rigorous scientific methodology, health equity, and systems-based thinking into all aspects of her work.

Gabrielle’s career spans public health, clinical operations, and biopharmaceutical R&D. At Takeda Pharmaceuticals, she has managed complex clinical trials, providing leadership across global and regional teams, ensuring regulatory inspection readiness, and driving operational strategy. Her early work included leading data-driven public health initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting reproductive and maternal health projects with the Gates Medical Research Institute, and performing clinical research at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Across these roles, Gabrielle has consistently applied data science, statistical analysis, and evidence-based strategies to translate research into actionable outcomes.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Gabrielle is committed to mentorship and community engagement. She serves as an assistant girls’ soccer coach, fostering teamwork, discipline, and resilience in young athletes, while also supporting initiatives that guide college students toward completing degrees and pursuing meaningful careers.
