Her Story

About Gabrielle

Gabrielle Fratti is an operations leader in the real estate industry, currently serving as the International Onboarding Manager for eXp Realty. In her role, she focuses on building scalable systems and operational strategies that support the company’s global growth while ensuring agents and regional teams have the resources they need to succeed.

With over six years of experience in the real estate industry, Gabrielle has grown through multiple roles within her organization. She began as an onboarding specialist before advancing into domestic leadership and eventually expanding her work into international operations. Today, she collaborates closely with global teams to develop operational frameworks and improve internal platforms designed to support sustainable expansion.

Known for her naturally solution-oriented mindset, Gabrielle approaches challenges as opportunities to improve systems and build smarter processes. This perspective has driven her to continuously expand her skill set and explore innovative ways to strengthen operational infrastructure. Recently, she developed an internal application aimed at enhancing the agent onboarding and events experience, with potential to scale across the broader organization.

Gabrielle’s background spans business operations, growth strategy, marketing, and public relations, shaping how she approaches leadership, communication, and organizational development. She is particularly passionate about supporting teams across the company’s regional markets and helping cultivate strong leaders who can drive meaningful impact within their communities.

Born and raised in South Florida, Gabrielle now resides in Central Florida with her husband. She credits much of her drive and perspective to the strong women who helped shape her early life. Their resilience, grace, and encouragement instilled in her a deep commitment to integrity, perseverance, and leading with authenticity.

As industries continue to evolve, Gabrielle remains focused on the intersection of technology, operational strategy, and human-centered leadership. She is particularly interested in how emerging tools such as AI and modern development approaches can help organizations build smarter systems, empower teams, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

At the core of everything she does is a belief in continuous learning, authentic leadership, and creating meaningful impact through the work she contributes to every day.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Gabrielle

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the people who believed in me and helped shape the person I am today. The women in my life, especially my mother, Lizabeth Telford, and my grandmother, Grace Confessore, who is no longer with us, played a huge role in that. From a young age they encouraged me, pushed me to be the best version of myself, and never stopped believing in me. They taught me to stay grounded in my morals and values and to approach life with integrity and determination.

Professionally, I’ve also been fortunate to have strong leaders who have supported my growth. I’m grateful to people like Sarah Hutchinson, Carlie Fink Maddux, and Felix Bravo for creating an environment that allows for agility and growth as we scale internationally.

My commitment to continue learning and improving is something I carry with me every day. I’m grateful to everyone who has been part of my professional journey so far, and I look forward to always remaining a student of growth.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve ever received is to “remember who you are and what you represent.” It is not just career advice. It is something I carry with me in every part of my life.

To me, it means staying grounded in your values and being clear about what you stand for. A big part of who I am is perseverance and drive. If something needs to get done, I am willing to put in the work to make it happen. At the same time, that determination never comes at the expense of my integrity or the way I treat people.

That balance has always been important to me. It guides how I show up, how I lead, and how I continue to grow both personally and professionally.

At the end of the day, your reputation is built by the choices you make when no one is watching. If you stay true to who you are and what you represent, the rest will follow.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I would give to young women is simple. Don’t let anyone define your future but you. You are in control of where your life and career go.

Often the biggest obstacle standing in our way is ourselves. The doubt, the hesitation, and the fear of stepping into something bigger can hold us back. Don’t be your own blocker. Step aside and allow the woman you are becoming to shine, because she has so much to offer the world.

Keep pushing yourself to grow, but stay grounded in who you are and what you believe in. Surround yourself with people who genuinely want to see you succeed and who challenge you to keep evolving.

Most importantly, stop apologizing for being unapologetically yourself. Command your space. Own your voice. Be confident in what you bring to the table.

You belong in every room you step into, so walk in like it.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities right now, not just in my field but in any field, is keeping up with the pace of evolving technology. It requires staying curious, being a constant student, and refusing to become complacent. This is a critical moment to stay ahead of the curve.

Technology is becoming part of every industry, and it’s not something to be afraid of. It’s a tool that can elevate how we work, grow businesses, and solve problems in smarter, more innovative ways.

For me, I approach it with my foot on the gas. I’m always looking for ways to implement new tools, think creatively, and build better systems while making sure the human element remains at the center of everything we do.

And the biggest advice I can give to anyone navigating this moment is simple. Don’t wait to be taught. You have every opportunity that the person next to you does. What will make you different is what you choose to do with it.

Rather than letting imposter syndrome hold you back, be bold. Do it. Don’t be afraid to commit.

Because at the end of the day, the people who move forward aren’t the ones who waited to be ready. They’re the ones who chose to start.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my work and personal life are integrity, authenticity, growth, and impact. I believe in showing up as my true self, staying grounded in my morals, and treating others with kindness and respect. The way we show up for people matters, and I try to lead with that in everything I do.

I’m driven by continuous growth. I believe there is always something new to learn, another way to improve, and another opportunity to become better than you were yesterday. That mindset pushes me to keep evolving both personally and professionally.

Most importantly, I want the work I do and the way I live my life to have a positive impact on the people around me. Waking up excited about what I do and knowing I can contribute in a meaningful way is something that motivates me every day.

I also take a lot of pride in the fact that the person I am in my personal life is the same person I bring to my work. I believe authenticity is one of the most important qualities a person can have.

At the end of the day, success means very little if you have to become someone else to achieve it. For me, the goal has always been simple. Stay true to who you are, do the work with integrity, and let your impact speak for itself.
