01What do you attribute your success to?
My children. Trying to provide something for them that wasn't provided for me is one of my biggest goals.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's going to be difficult but very rewarding. Be in it for the clients, not just the money. Ability to set own schedule around children is a big plus.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges: People brush off insurance until they need it, mindset shift needed. Opportunities: Building relationships, not transactional, emotional connections with clients.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The 5 Fs: Faith, Family, Finance, Fitness, and Fun. Advancing in all areas creates balance in life.
