Gabrielle Porter
Gabrielle Porter is the Founder of Hothead Healing Inc., a company dedicated to helping businesses enhance employee wellness, productivity, and growth through emotional intelligence development. As a Certified Life Coach and Emotional Intelligence Specialist, Gabrielle partners with organizations to design and deliver transformative training programs focused on leadership and employee development. Her work has not only empowered individuals to reach their full potential but has also earned recognition for her business through various community outreach initiatives.
Gabrielle’s journey into coaching was inspired by her background in education, where she noticed a significant gap in personal and emotional development among professionals. Motivated to make a difference, she pursued certification as a professional recovery and life coach through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC) and became an alumna of the Cornell Entrepreneur Program. Her approach blends emotional intelligence with practical leadership tools, enabling individuals and teams to build resilience, improve communication, and thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
In addition to her professional achievements, Gabrielle is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology to deepen her understanding of human behavior and motivation. She also gives back to her community as a volunteer with the Junior Achievement Coaching Program, where she mentors young individuals in personal growth and leadership. Passionate, resourceful, and purpose-driven, Gabrielle continues to inspire positive change by helping others unlock their emotional and professional potential.
