Gail Elam is a dedicated financial educator and investment advisor who transitioned into the financial services industry after a 20-year career in education. As a special education teacher working with high school seniors, she became passionate about preparing students for life beyond school, recognizing the need for practical tools to navigate adulthood. In 2019, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Gail seized an opportunity to enter financial services, earning her life insurance license and later her securities licenses. Her focus is on educating families about financial literacy, empowering them to make informed decisions, and creating opportunities for future generations.

After retiring from teaching in July 2024, Gail fully committed to building her financial practice. She actively participates in community health fairs, providing guidance on money management while partnering with others offering medical support. Her approach emphasizes that financial knowledge is more than numbers—it’s about creating choice, stability, and freedom for families. She believes that when people understand how money works, they can make better decisions that positively impact their lives and the lives of their children.

Gail’s mission is to help individuals and communities gain the skills and confidence to plan for their futures.
