Gaia Villani

Gaia Villani serves as Director of Patient Operations and Intake and Scheduling at Trinity Home Health in Pismo Beach, California. In this role, which she has held for one year, she oversees the intake process and referral coordinating for a small woman-owned startup, schedules patients with clinicians including nurses and therapists, manages office needs, handles hiring and screening of candidates, ensures charts and insurance eligibility are updated, and runs the company's social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to build community visibility.
