Gail Mitchell

She is an educator, creative director, designer, and nonprofit founder with strong experience in communication design, publishing, art direction, and community advocacy. She currently serves as Executive Director of Loc’d Life Foundation and Associate Professor at City Colleges of Chicago-Kennedy-King College. She previously founded and led Loc’d Life Magazine and [culture] Magazine, and worked as an Art Director at the Chicago Tribune. She holds a Master of Arts in Educating Adults from DePaul University and an MFA in Graphic Design.
