I am the Founder of ProGroFit LLC, a business growth advisory practice I launched in 2025, helping business owners and leaders understand their financial situation and what deserves attention today. I work with clients to make financial and organizational information useful for data-informed decisions, including understanding profitability and cash flow, improving management reporting, identifying risks and underused resources, and connecting business realities with future goals. My approach is practical and collaborative, and I am also developing Business is Body, an evolving framework for understanding organizations as living, interconnected systems. Previously, I spent nearly 13 years as a Financial and Management Consultant, increasing operational efficiency through streamlined accounting workflows, automated procedures, and robust reporting systems, and served as a Finance and HR Executive at VDS Group of Companies, where I prepared executive presentations, created data-driven management frameworks, and led talent acquisition. Earlier, I was a Lead Business Consultant at EPAM Systems, leading SAP ERP implementations and developing training programs. I am also an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network. Throughout my career, I have developed deep expertise in management accounting, financial statement analysis, business strategy, and organizational development.
