Garima Dwivedi

Garima Dwivedi serves as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ProcDNA, leading U.S. recruitment efforts from analyst to director and partner levels across analytics, technology, managed services, and leadership hiring. Her responsibilities include senior sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, hiring planning, process improvement, and supporting strategic talent acquisition initiatives. She started her career in 2014 at ZS, a management consulting firm in life sciences and pharma, where she managed school hiring and lateral recruitment in analytics and technology, advancing through roles that included workforce planning, strategizing, and team management. After a career break and freelance work with startups, she joined ProcDNA full time around 2020. Garima earned her undergraduate degree from Miranda House, a college under Delhi University, and her MBA from Indian Business School with a focus on marketing and human resources. During her graduation, she volunteered for three years with the NGO Teach for India, teaching underprivileged children.
