What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence, consistency, and being deeply rooted in my community. Having spent decades building trust, I’ve learned the importance of showing up, serving others, and maintaining long-term relationships. My background in social services and banking also gave me a strong foundation for understanding people’s needs and connecting them to real solutions.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to believe in myself and fully commit to my vision. I’ve learned that success requires a strong mindset, discipline, and the willingness to stay the course even when challenges arise.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to develop a success mindset, trust their abilities, and not allow fear or uncertainty to limit their potential. Growth comes from stepping forward, staying coachable, and embracing opportunities with confidence and intention.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is helping people understand preventive legal care—many still believe legal services are only needed in emergencies. There is also a need to expand awareness, improve education, and modernize outreach as the industry adapts to technology and an evolving workforce. The opportunity lies in expanding access through education and voluntary benefit programs that reach more families and businesses.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me are service, education, empowerment, and financial independence. I believe in helping people gain access to tools and knowledge that allow them to build stability, protect their families, and create long-term success.
