About Gaylene
She is a resident care and nursing leadership professional with experience in senior living, regional care oversight, home care, hospice nursing, and end-of-life care. She currently serves as Regional Vice President of Resident Care at The Arbor Company, where she has also worked as a Regional Resident Care Specialist and Resident Care Director. She previously held nursing roles with Accord Services and Compassionate Care Hospice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Aspen University.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
As you go along your career, you have to be able to build a certain level of resilience. If it is not for you, don't put it on. Say yes to the small, and no to the big. You have to be organized in your thoughts and your processes.
