Geanine Wester

Geanine Wester serves as Director of People Operations, overseeing all components of human resources including payroll and benefits. With more than 20 years in the field and 30 years total across hospitality management and commercial and residential real estate, she began her career working for a billionaire in multiple industries including construction, golf, and hotels. Wester founded Empower Her of the Palm Beaches 10 years ago following her tenure as the first African American president of the League of Women Voters in Palm Beach County. Through the organization she teaches leadership skills and advocacy to women and high school girls. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and co-leads the Heroes Foundation, which assists GED students with funding and certifications while also supporting hospitality degree endowments at Palm Beach State College. Wester has received a Women of Excellence Award for her contributions to the Palm Beaches and maintains a personal business providing payroll consulting and graphic design services.
