What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to perseverance, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Over the past 18 years, I’ve grown through diverse roles—from dialysis technician and tax researcher to managing my mother’s textile factory, and now working in accounting. One of my proudest achievements was reconciling a $34 million development project, and I’m currently pursuing my CPA license. Every step of my journey has taught me to stay resilient, keep learning, and lead with integrity.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple but powerful: Keep going and just push through. No matter how challenging things get, persistence and resilience have always moved me forward. It’s a mindset that has helped me overcome obstacles and stay focused on long-term goals.

The best advice I would give all young women entering actually any industry is work hard, set goals and no matter what don't give up.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is time management. Balancing multiple responsibilities, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities requires constant focus and adaptability. However, it's also an opportunity to build stronger systems, streamline workflows, and grow both personally and professionally through improved efficiency.

The values most important to me—both in my work and personal life—are hard work, family, and passion. I believe in showing up every day with dedication and giving my best effort, while never losing sight of the importance of family. Being passionate about what I do fuels my drive and keeps me focused on delivering meaningful results.
