Before her current role, Gelinda worked as a Security Professional with American Security & Investigations and as a Lead Resident Counselor at Zumbro House Inc., where she supervised staff, supported clients with daily living needs, and managed compliance with healthcare and safety standards. Her background also includes advocacy work with Avivo, where she assisted individuals in accessing vital community and health resources.
