About Gemma
Gemma Le is a marketing and sales professional with over three years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. She began her career in sales at a RevOps company, where she spent eight months before transitioning into partnerships as Partner Marketing Coordinator. She currently leads events, community, and marketing initiatives at Flosum, managing social media, campaigns, email sequences, and on-site event execution as a one-woman team, most recently handling Dreamforce. Her psychology degree from San Jose State University informs her approach to understanding decision-making and building human connections in her work. As a first-generation immigrant with prior experience in the service industry, she emphasizes emotional intelligence, relationships, and humility. She participates in Girls Who Sell, Women in Sales, and DEI committees, and supports the accessibility nonprofit Ride For All on the sidelines. She credits mentors including Heidi from Girls Who Sell, Alice Walker, and Prane Wing for her growth.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I come from a unique background where being a first-generation immigrant... I always encourage it and always remind them of the reality... prepare her for the relationships. Work is work at the end of the day but getting a good job done is the bare minimum.
