She has also directed a VA Medical Center remodel, coordinating with federal stakeholders and maintaining strict compliance. Across all projects, Gena supervises subcontractors and tradespeople, applying proactive problem-solving to navigate scheduling challenges, material shortages, and other on-site complexities.
Gena earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tougaloo College in 2022.
