Genesis Arias

Genesis Arias serves as Global Sourcing Manager at a chemical manufacturer. She stepped into procurement five years ago after building experience in the supply chain industry. In her role, she manages contracts, negotiations, and sourcing for various vendors while handling packaging, freight, and logistics both globally and domestically in the U.S., as well as lease cars. She provides strategy to five team members in different countries and focuses on stakeholder solutions, cost savings, and process improvements that impact company growth. Arias values strong communication and integrity, remaining honest, forthcoming, and transparent in all dealings. She is a prior military member who draws on that background in her professional approach. Outside her core responsibilities, she has launched a new warehouse in Canada and conducts ongoing market research on materials such as steel for packaging.
