About Geneva
My big journey started when I started working for the Department of Economic Security, where I was a case manager. I processed food stamps, medical, and cash - the eligibility for those programs. We interviewed people face-to-face and by phone, because we went from working in office to working at home. I basically have call center experience also due to the fact that we were at home to do interviews and make determinations for everyone's eligibility. From there, I went to what's called WIC, where they process pregnant women and mothers who have been pregnant or are pregnant at the time for milk and food for their children. That was my last job at Mountain Park Medical Center. For the last 3 years, I've been out of work due to the fact that I have kidney failure, and I'm trying to get back into the work field now. I'm a very attentive listener, and my goal is to make the client happy so that they only have to call only one time, get it over and done with, and they don't have to call back.
