Her Interview

Ten minutes with Geni

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my dad who taught me discipline and structure, and how to be around people. He gave me the example that allows me to be content with life and not walk around with problems. I strive to obey God's plan and be the best leader I can be.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Strive for excellence by abiding by the rules and laws. Learn the policies and know the consequences so you don't do the wrong things. Ask questions and review policies to live life as best as you can.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges are compliance and people not abiding by rules. We have to bring clarity, strategize a different plan, and find a way out of situations to avoid long-term issues while helping others function in ministry or family life.
