She is a client relationship and business development professional with a strong international background spanning legal services, healthcare consulting, retail merchandising, and experiential operations management.

Currently, she serves as a Client Relationship Manager at Ice Miller LLP in New York, where she focuses on client engagement, long-term value creation, and business development support within a professional services environment. Her role emphasizes building sustainable client relationships, strengthening service delivery, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Previously, she worked as a Business Consultant with KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency), under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea. In this role, she supported global life sciences and healthcare initiatives, including biopharma, medical devices, and digital health. She managed international events, conferences, and partnerships, including major industry conventions, while facilitating cross-border business development and networking.

She also held progressive roles at LINE Corporation, where she worked as a Retail Business Development Manager and Retail Merchandiser for global lifestyle and entertainment brands such as BT21 and Brown & Friends. In these roles, she led merchandising strategy, retail operations, inventory planning, market research, and e-commerce and flagship store development across the U.S. market.

In addition, she has experience in event operations through New York City Runs Inc., where she supports large-scale race events including 5K, 10K, and half-marathons, contributing to on-site coordination and race operations.
