Her Interview
Ten minutes with Georgina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success first and foremost to God and my faith. There have been so many moments in my life when I didn't know how things were going to work out, but I continued to believe that there was a greater purpose behind my journey.
I also attribute my success to perseverance. I've experienced setbacks, disappointments, difficult seasons, and moments when I could have easily given up. But I've learned that a setback doesn't mean the end of the story. Sometimes you have to keep going before you can see what the next chapter holds.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
1. Matthew 6:33: "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well".
2. If you work hard on your job, you can make a living but if you work hard on yourself , you can make a fortune.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Your current season does not determine your final destination. Do not ever abort the purpose. We are very powerful.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is learning how to navigate my own challenges while helping others navigate theirs. As a speaker and coach, I pour so much into encouraging and empowering others, so it is important for me not to allow the turmoil and challenges I experience personally to overshadow my ability to show up for the people I serve.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
As a strong faith-based woman, I believe that integrity, compassion, resilience, humility, and continuous growth are central to both my work and personal life. My faith keeps me grounded, reminds me to lead with grace, and helps me maintain perspective through every season. I strive to treat others with empathy, serve with purpose, and remain accountable to the values I profess. Continuing to work through my own challenges allows me to lead authentically. I don't want to simply tell people how to overcome adversity. I want to continue living that message myself, trusting God to guide me and strengthen me along the way
