01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say my success comes largely from my parents' support. Honestly, I wouldn't be where I am today without them. I've also had the greatest example growing up watching how hard they have worked their entire life, the level of commitment that specially my dad brings to everything he does, and the knowledge and experience he has gained over the years has been incredibly inspiring. I've always had their advice, guidance, and support.

Growing up around our family business taught me a lot about hard work, responsibility, and perseverance. As I started preparing to eventually take on a larger role in the business, I realized that what I enjoy most is helping people. That's one of the reasons I decided to study law. I love solving problems, whether it's helping a business grow, helping someone navigate a legal issue, or finding solutions to challenges that seem impossible at first.

That desire to help others is what keeps me motivated. It has pushed me to keep learning, exploring different industries, and expanding my skills so I can continue helping people and businesses succeed. At the end of the day, the most rewarding part of any accomplishment is knowing that I was able to make a positive difference in someone else's journey.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received came from my dad, and it's surprisingly simple: always follow up. Hard work is important, but opportunities are often created by persistence. If you have a goal, don't be afraid to send the extra email, make the extra call, ask the extra question, or follow up one more time. So many people give up too soon.

I think that advice applies to every area of life. Don't give up on your dreams because someone else doesn't see your vision. Don't let fear, criticism, or other people's opinions determine what you're capable of achieving. If there's something you truly want, stay focused, keep showing up, and keep moving forward.

Some of the biggest opportunities in my career came not because I was the smartest person in the room, but because I was willing to be persistent, keep learning, and continue pursuing my goals even when the path wasn't always clear.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice will be never stop learning and don't wait until you feel 100% ready to apply to a job, to enroll in that program, to learn that new skill, to start your own business. Life is about creating opportunities and learning from our mistakes. It doesn't matter how many times you fail, because you will still be ahead of those who didn't even gave it a try once. Don't be afraid to ask questions or ask for help, expand your knowledge and always be a learner. Rome wasn't built in one day and certainly all roads lead to Rome. There isn't a perfect way to do something, to reach or achieve a goal. Create your own path, one that you are happy and confident to walk through everyday of your life.

Don't be discouraged by rejection or setbacks. Every successful person has heard "no" many times. The difference is that they kept going. One of my favorite quotes is "Rejection is redirection".

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I think one of the biggest challenges right now is navigating uncertainty while learning and adapting to the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence. We are living in a world where government policies, economic conditions, and global markets are changing quickly, and businesses must be able to adapt and learn how to create opportunities out of these factors.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are loyalty, respect, and trustworthiness. and keeping your word. Once you give your word to someone. I believe that your reputation is built on your actions, and one of the most important things a person can do is keep their word. If you make a commitment, follow through on it. These principles guide how I build relationships, conduct business, and interact with others. Whether I'm working with clients, mentoring entrepreneurs, supporting colleagues, or spending time with family and friends, I strive to be someone people can rely on and trust.
