Ten minutes with Gerette

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a powerful combination of my upbringing, my family, and deep-rooted personal relationships. I am still close friends with the exact same group of people I met back in elementary school, which reflects my commitment to loyalty and long-term connection. At my core, I genuinely love connecting with people and finding any way possible to help them succeed. This natural instinct to support others and maintain an authentic, enduring community is what anchors and drives my journey.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My foundational core values are transparency, respect, and open communication. I believe that being completely upfront and honest in your intentions creates the strongest relationships, both personally and professionally. Mutual respect is non-negotiable; everyone deserves to be valued for what they bring to the table. By keeping things transparent and treating people with genuine respect, you build a reliable environment where everyone can thrive together.
