I attribute my success to my family and the way I was raised. Their support, values, and guidance have shaped my character and work ethic, influencing the person and professional I am today.

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: you have to truly want it. Passion, determination, and perseverance are what will set you apart and carry you through challenges along the way.

The most important values to me in both my work and personal life are faith, honesty, and integrity—and I believe in having fun along the way. Staying grounded in my beliefs, being truthful in all I do, and maintaining a positive, joyful outlook help me create balance and fulfillment in every aspect of my life.
