01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to delivering high-quality work for clients and telling a story through graphic design. We create really nice imagery, graphics, illustrations, or art to tell the story of the content.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't let comments or criticism get you down. We get critiques all the time, just don't let it affect you. Learn and grow from other designers.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Opportunities include creating websites, development, and coding. Challenges include ensuring compatibility between Classic Outlook and new Outlook for e-blasts, figuring out exactly what the client wants, doing research to come up with concepts, and the time-consuming nature of strategic thinking and communication with developers.
