Gianna Marciante, MPH
Gianna Marciante, MPH, is a dedicated public health professional and Senior Account Executive at Vio, an Omnicom Health company, where she plays a key role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality medical communications programs across multiple therapeutic areas. She serves as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, providing strategic support while ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. With a strong foundation in public health, Gianna brings experience from multiple leadership and client service roles in healthcare communications, including positions at Syneos Health, Publicis Groupe, ProHealth, and NeurAbilities Healthcare. She is committed to improving patient access and implementing strategic solutions that advance healthcare outcomes. Gianna earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health/Health Care Administration and Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society and the Pennsylvania Society for Public Health Education. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from West Chester University, where she was active in Delta Zeta Sorority, Alpha Eta Honors Society, and served as a Panhellenic Delegate, demonstrating early leadership and commitment to service. Beyond her professional work, Gianna is passionate about advocacy for public health recognition, fundraising for health initiatives, and mentoring within her community. I would advise young women entering this industry to always be a team player, collaborate effectively, and build strong relationships while bringing their unique strengths to every project.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are transparency, honesty, hard work, and compassion. I also cherish spending quality time with my family and relaxing at the shore.
