The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be a leader, maintain a strong work ethic, mentor others whenever I can, and continually pursue education and certifications to grow professionally.

I would advise young women entering this industry to speak loud and proud, try new things, embrace creativity, help others when they can, and always be a good listener.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is reaching out to as many people as possible to let them know we are here to help with their mortgage and real estate needs.
