Gina Bianchini

Gina Bianchini is a visionary entrepreneur and technologist, best known as the CEO & Founder of Mighty Networks, a leading platform that empowers creators and organizations to build thriving communities. Under her leadership, Mighty Networks hosts have collectively earned $500 million in 2025, driven by innovative approaches such as Community Design™ and member-led recognition systems. Gina combines deep expertise in product strategy with a passion for human-centered technology, creating experiences that enable people to connect, collaborate, and grow.

Prior to founding Mighty Networks, Gina co-founded Ning, where she pioneered tools for online community creation, and served as the first Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Andreessen Horowitz. Her career reflects a consistent focus on building platforms that elevate people’s potential and foster meaningful connections. She has also held leadership roles at Harmonic Communications, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technology and business management.

Gina holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. She serves on the Board of Directors at TEGNA and is widely recognized for her thought leadership on entrepreneurship, community building, and people-driven innovation. Beyond her professional achievements, Gina is a passionate advocate for what she calls “people magic,” bringing energy, creativity, and human-centered design to every venture she undertakes.
