What do you attribute your success to?
My success is rooted in a deep passion for leadership and teamwork. I enjoy guiding my team’s growth and drawing on my diverse experience—from the food industry to wholesale distribution —to build collaborative, results-driven teams that achieve and exceed organizational objectives.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Claim what you’ve earned. The only barrier is the question you don’t ask. A ‘no’ costs nothing, but a ‘yes’ could be priceless.”
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Before any interview or major presentation, take a moment to empower yourself: stand tall in a ‘superwoman’ pose and gaze upward for 10 seconds. This simple practice can boost your confidence and enhance your performance exponentially.
Persistence turns failure into progress. The moment you refuse to quit may be the moment you succeed.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In a male-dominated industry, growth opportunities can be limited, making persistence and self-advocacy essential. I see this challenge as an opportunity to lead by example and pave the way for greater inclusivity.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My core value is family first. I believe success is built on balance—meeting professional demands while never losing sight of the purpose behind them.
I firmly believe success is built on relationships—collaboration, trust, and shared growth. Having a mentor is essential; guidance from those who have walked the path before us accelerates learning and shapes us as leaders.
My approach is grounded in tenacity—always drive process through resilience and determination.
