I attribute my success to my ability to craft experiences with my unique flavor palette while always putting myself in the consumer’s shoes. This perspective allows me to create products and experiences that truly resonate with the people I serve.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never burn your bridges. Maintaining positive relationships and leaving every situation with professionalism and respect opens doors and preserves opportunities for the future.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is that you have to fight hard for your goals, but the effort is absolutely worth it. Persistence, resilience, and confidence in your abilities will carry you through challenges and help you achieve meaningful success.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is creating cleaner, more thoughtful products that meet the evolving nutritional needs of each generation. Staying ahead requires understanding how consumer preferences and health priorities shift over time and adapting accordingly.
