Ten minutes with Gina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the mentorship I have received and my commitment to giving back. Helping others succeed is deeply rewarding, and I dedicate myself to supporting their growth and success through different opportunities and avenues.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to walk with confidence and recognize their full potential. Women are incredibly capable, yet too often, they underestimate themselves. My mentor made a lasting impact on me by reminding me of my talents and abilities, even when I didn't fully recognize them myself. Believe in yourself, embrace your strengths, and never sell yourself short.
