About Gina
Gina Lambert has spent more than 20 years building a career in the facilities industry — a path she entered unexpectedly but quickly embraced through curiosity, hands-on learning, and determination.
She began her professional journey at Blockbuster Video, where a chance opportunity in the facilities department introduced her to the industry. With no prior experience, Gina immersed herself in the work, shadowing the team and learning the business from the ground up. Over the years, she expanded her expertise across operations, retail, vendor management, and sales, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry from every angle.
Today, Gina serves as Vice President of Client Services at Dynamic, a national door and dock company based in Pennsylvania. In her role, she oversees the teams, systems, and processes that support both national and regional key accounts. Her focus is centered on delivering reliable service, minimizing downtime, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships through communication, accountability, and operational excellence.
At the core of Gina’s leadership philosophy is a strong belief in the power of relationships. She credits much of her success to the trust and connections she has built with employees, colleagues, customers, subcontractors, and industry partners throughout her career. Known for her hands-on, servant leadership approach, Gina leads by example and remains closely connected to the day-to-day realities of the business. She prioritizes collaboration, mentorship, and trust as the foundation for both team success and exceptional customer service.

Ten minutes with Gina
01What do you attribute your success to?
“I know ‘servant leadership’ can sound like a buzzword, but I do believe in leading by example. I’m never afraid to roll up my sleeves, get into the weeds, and really understand what’s happening operationally when needed.
I also think it’s incredibly important to understand the business from A to Z. As leaders grow in their careers, sometimes they lose touch with the day-to-day challenges their teams face. Having that operational understanding helps you lead with empathy, make better decisions, and earn credibility with your team.
At the end of the day, though, leadership always comes back to people and relationships. We’ve built an incredible team here at Dynamic, and I truly believe my success has been driven by the relationships I’ve built — not just with my direct team, but across the organization and throughout our subcontractor network as well.
People want to work with leaders who are invested, accessible, and willing to understand their world. That’s something I’ve always tried to prioritize throughout my career.”
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering this industry not to underestimate the value of their voice, their knowledge, or their presence at the table. This is still a very male-dominated industry in many ways, and it can be easy to second-guess yourself early on. But your perspective matters, and you earned your seat just like everyone else.
I also think it’s important to stay calm under pressure and lead with confidence. You don’t always have to be the loudest person in the room to be effective, but you do have to believe in the value you bring.
Over time, I’ve learned that confidence comes from preparation, experience, and being willing to speak up even when it feels uncomfortable. Don’t be afraid to take up space, ask questions, and trust your instincts. Your voice is important.
